Ingredients:

  • Salmon: 300g
  • Lettuce: 500g (or sprouts)
  • Shallots: 50g
  • Onion: 100g
  • Cherry tomatoes: 100g
  • Cilantro: 10g
  • Eggs: 3
  • Sesame dressing: 1 bottle
  • Olives: 4-5
  • Lemon: 1
  • Seasoning: Olive oil, vinegar, orange juice, mustard

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1:

  • Peel and clean the onion and shallots, then thinly slice them.
  • Soak the sliced onions in water with a little vinegar and sugar to reduce the sharp smell.

Step 2:

  • Wash the cherry tomatoes, lettuce, olives, and cilantro.
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, chop the cilantro, cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces, and slice the olives.
  • Boil the eggs, peel them, and cut them into quarters.

Step 3:

  • Clean the salmon, cut it into portions, and pat it dry with a towel or paper to absorb any excess moisture.
  • Marinate the salmon with lemon juice or soak the fillets in milk for 5-7 minutes.
